 The products will be sent to the address specified by the respective customer when submitting his order by phone or electronically. The Company cooperates with carrier services in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of products. Shipping costs will be borne by customers. Our company makes every effort to send the products to its customers within a reasonable time.

The products are delivered by the transporters to their respective warehouses. For deliveries at your place (delivery on the sidewalk) or on the floor via a staircase or elevator is done after consultation with the transport company with an additional charge.  RETURNS.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product, provided that the packaging and the product are intact. It is also noted that the return costs are borne by the customer.
