Our company has entered into cooperation with ELTA COURIER for the transport and delivery of products due to the coverage it provides even in the most remote areas of the country.
For purchases of products weighing up to 2 kg, the shipping costs € 5.00,
while for products ranging from 2-5 kg ​​the shipment costs € 8.00, and for up to 35 kg the shipment costs for each additional kilo the charge is € 2.50.
For products up to 35 kg and a maximum height of 1.50 m, your order is sent by Courier (EL.TA) to the address you indicated.
Delivery is usually made from 1 to 4 working days (Monday - Friday) ELTA COURIER. and 7-10 business days for all shipments delivered within the ELTA network mail (receipt by mail you).


The above prices include VAT.


In any case, the largest real or volumetric weight is priced.

- When the volume / weight of the machine is such that it is impossible to send it by courier, then the shipment will be made with a transport company / agency. (For heavy bulky items the shipment is made with a transport agency and you may need to pick it up from the nearest office of the transport company)

- In shipments with a transport company (agency) concerns the shipment of the product to the cooperating transport company closest to the recipient. Receipt of the machine from the respective transport company is the responsibility of the recipient.

- In case of shipment with a transport company, the cash on delivery payment is only valid, except for the payment by credit / debit card or deposit in a bank account.

All orders are shipped by our company the next business day, from the day you placed your order. It may vary in shipments to remote areas. In shipping with shipping companies the delivery time may change depending on the region and the workload of the shipping companies. Shipping from our company can be done with a transport company of the customer's choice and the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

    For the region of Attica, you can pick up the products with your own vehicle from the agency and avoid the costs of intra-vehicle transport.

The shipped products are checked before being delivered to the transport companies by both our company and the carriers.

Our company is not responsible for the destruction of damaged products resulting from the transfer of products as the products travel at the responsibility of the customer and the carrier. (In these cases we recommend contacting the customer with the transport agency before transport)

To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you check the contents of the package upon receipt and presence of the carrier, in order to determine any damage to your products during transport. It is noted that the carrier is obliged to remain in the process of unsealing the products. The transport company has signed and received the goods as parcel to be transported so it travels with the responsibility of the carrier.

In case of a hit product, ask the carrier to certify in writing and sign on the bill of lading that the product is damaged.
Immediately afterwards, please contact us by notifying us of the relevant statement you made to the carrier.

Return due to delivery of incorrect or defective product:

In case the product we sent you is defective or is different from what
ordered to complete the return of the item, it is necessary to meet the following:

    Product returns can be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
    In no case can a product that is not in its original condition and packaging be accepted.

This means that the product must:

-To have all his labels
-Do not damage its packaging.

    Products that will be assembled at your request and specifications cannot be returned.
